Usually, Thoughtful Thursday is about focusing our attention on others… but today I want to focus on you and your self-esteem.
We can be our own worst critics. Most of us carry around negative thoughts about ourselves and repeat them over and over which in turn can lower our self-esteem. What if you were asked to say aloud your self-criticisms and repeat them to someone else?
